Why I’ve Started Commercial Impact

I spent almost 20 years inside some of the UK's biggest Pet & FMCG businesses: Hill's Pet Nutrition (Colgate Palmolive), Danone, and Mars - managing P&Ls of £70M+, leading teams, and driving profitable growth across every major UK retailer and digital channel.

What struck me most was how often commercial toolkits and knowledge stay locked inside large businesses, rarely reaching the brands that need it most. That's why I’ve founded Commercial Impact.

I've built and delivered category-led selling stories that secured listings and grew shelf space, including a 100% increase in distribution during a range review with one of the UK's largest pet retailers. I've navigated multiple price increases through peak inflation, built promotional ROI tools that unlocked £400k+ in margin value, and developed data-driven subscription strategies with a near 3:1 projected return.
